Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting The Roaming Junkie Store. Each print is produced specifically for your order, and we take great care to ensure high-quality production and fulfillment.


All Sales Are Final

All photo prints sold through The Roaming Junkie Store are made to order. Because of this, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color variations between screens and printed artwork
  • Minor imperfections that do not affect the overall quality of the print

Damaged or Defective Prints

If your print arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged print
  • Photos of the packaging the print arrived in

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement print at no additional cost, or
  • A refund to the original payment method

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by a damaged or defective item.

Color & Print Disclaimer

Please note that colors may appear slightly different in print than on screen due to monitor calibration, lighting conditions, and printing processes. These variations are normal and not considered defects.
